We work without any chemical or synthetic substances, as well as genetically modified ingredients. Instead we use biological pest control in order to strengthen and to protect the vine and its grapes as well as sustaining on-going farming. Likewise, in the winemaking process in our cellars we don’t add any sorbic acid and reduce the amount of sulphur to ensure the most natural taste experience. Our wines are also low in histamine which is good news for those suffering from allergies, and it also makes the wine very digestible.
